Janet Kay Dinstbier, nee Fink, of O'Fallon, IL, born November 8, 1949 in Yorktown, IN, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at her home following a brave battle with cancer.
Janet retired from Ralcorp as a sales administrator. She was a member of Presbyterian Woman's Group, PEO Chapter KC, Hearts 'n' Hands Quilt Guild, O'Fallon Garden Club, and the Book Club. Jan was an active member of First United Presbyterian Church in Belleville, IL.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Rodney and Virginia (nee Callahan) Fink, and a brother, Michael Fink.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Dinstbier, of O'Fallon, IL; her daughter, Mollie Dinstbier, of Anchorage, AK; three grandchildren, James VanderVoort, Jackson VanderVoort and Madison VanderVoort, of Anchorage, AK; one sister, Mary Ann (the late William) Gray of Yorktown, IN sister in-law, Betty Fink of Yorktown, IN; one brother, Stephen (Connie) Fink of Yorktown, IN; sisters-in-law, Sandie Weismiller, Elaine (Rodney) Stocking, Lissa (Steven) Rugledge and brother-in-law, Steven (Amy) Dinstbier; nieces, nephews and her very special friend, LindaLee Hodges.
Janet was a wonderful mother to Mollie and a loving grandmother to James, Jackson and Maddie.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2017 3:00 pm at the First United Presbyterian Church, 1303 Royal Heights Road, Belleville, IL.
