Jacqueline E. “Jackie” Skinner nee Fowler, 90, of O'Fallon, Illinois, passed away on Friday, September 1, 2017 surrounded by family at her daughter’s home in O'Fallon, Illinois.

Jackie was born on June 26, 1927 in Wilton, Iowa. She owned and operated Jackie’s Beauty Shop, was a member of First Baptist Church O’Fallon, O’Fallon Township High School Class of 1945 whom she dearly loved and the Saturday Baptist Ladies. She will see you on the other side dear friends.

Jackie was preceded in death by her; parents, Lester L. and Frances Fowler nee Foster; father of her children Roy M. Skinner; second husband Armin Hamann; son, Terry L. Skinner; sister, Shirley Minchew; and brother-inlaw, Ed Minchew.

Jackie is survived by her children, Linda (Paul) Brenner of O'Fallon, IL, Gail (Dave) Stroh of Salem, IL, Nancy (John) Powel of O’Fallon, IL, Sally (Charles) Ziegler of Affton, MO, Ned Ray (Sara) Skinner of Bartelso, IL, Rachel (Tom) Fleming of Trenton, IL and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great; grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at held at 11:00 am Thursday, September 7, 2017 at O’Fallon City Cemetery.
